1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gl96 platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the gl96 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted;
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by gl96 or any regulatory body;
• All information you provide to gl96 during registration and the KYC process is truthful, accurate, and complete.

These Terms apply to all services offered through gl96, including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, and any other game or service made available on the platform now or in the future.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on gl96, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

gl96 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Provision of false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes fraud and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a gl96 account, you must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages. All information submitted during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. gl96 is not responsible for losses or service interruptions arising from inaccurate registration information.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one gl96 account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with other persons. If gl96 determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and real money funds held pending investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification

gl96 is required under the PAGCOR regulatory framework to implement Know Your Customer procedures. You may be asked to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, or equivalent);
• Proof of address dated within the past three months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank statement);
• A selfie photograph for biometric identity confirmation.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. gl96 reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information. Changes to your registered email address, mobile number, or payment method must be made through official account settings and may require re-verification.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gl96 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or entity.

6 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gl96 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and USDT (TRC20). All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). USDT deposits are converted to Philippine Peso at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on gl96 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

6.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your gl96 wallet instantly. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1 to 3 hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. gl96 shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your gl96 account, you confirm that:

• The funds are from a legitimate source and you are the rightful owner of the payment method used;

• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a verified payment method registered in the Player's own name. gl96 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of stated relationship to the account holder.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.3 Processing Times

gl96 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash: 5 to 30 minutes for amounts under ₱50,000;
• PayMaya: 15 to 60 minutes;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PHT;
• USDT (TRC20): Approximately 5 to 15 minutes.

Larger withdrawal amounts or accounts with pending KYC verification may require additional review time. gl96 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

gl96 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or is under review;
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled;
• A fraud investigation, AML review, or responsible gaming assessment is in progress;
• The withdrawal request is associated with activity that violates these Terms.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by gl96 are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Bonus Eligibility

To be eligible for a gl96 welcome bonus or ongoing promotion, you must:

• Hold a single, verified gl96 account in good standing;
• Meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the promotion;
• Opt in to the promotion where required before making the qualifying deposit;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion or account restriction.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

gl96 actively monitors bonus activity. The following constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus structures;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bonus wagers;
• Placing low-risk or mathematically near-certain wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements in a manner that materially reduces the platform's risk (e.g., betting both sides of an outcome simultaneously).

8.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

gl96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds that have not been wagered at the time of cancellation are removed from the Player's account. gl96 is not liable to compensate Players for the removal of unclaimed or partially wagered bonuses.

9 Gameplay & Wagering

9.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on gl96 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or physical dealing equipment in the case of live dealer games. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform's system.

9.2 Bet Confirmation and Technical Failures

A wager is not accepted by gl96 until confirmed by the platform's system and reflected in your transaction history. In the event of a network disconnection or technical failure during an active game round:

• If the round completed successfully server-side, the result stands;
• If the round cannot be verified, gl96 will restore the wagered amount to the Player's balance;

9.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

In-play bets are accepted at gl96's discretion and subject to real-time odds that may differ from displayed odds during periods of high server load.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gl96 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or facilitating the registration of accounts by ineligible individuals;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or exploit to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including sharing game information or coordinating wagers to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs — any winnings derived from a known or suspected glitch are void;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Accessing the platform through anonymizing technology (VPNs, proxies) for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security measures;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gl96 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Providing false identity documents or information during KYC or any other verification process;
• Allowing a third party to operate your account, receive your winnings, or make deposits on your behalf.

11 Responsible Gaming

gl96 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits are applied immediately and can only be decreased without delay. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for gaming sessions. You will be notified when the limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from real-money gambling for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without fully closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the gl96 platform for a minimum of 30 days up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content available on the gl96 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of gl96 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gl96 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any gl96 content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any gl96 software;
• Create derivative works based on any gl96 intellectual property;
• Use gl96 trademarks or branding in any manner without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of gl96 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gl96 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the gl96 platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security measures;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions;
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling on the gl96 platform — it is acknowledged that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered.

gl96's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises.

14 Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Termination by gl96

gl96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Receipt of a chargeback on a deposit transaction;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, gl96 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, all balances — including real money funds — may be forfeited.

14.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your gl96 account at any time by contacting support through the live chat service at gl96.org. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of KYC and confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirements are pending.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. gl96 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the gl96 platform:

• gl96 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt;
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures;
• Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any statutory rights available to you under Philippine consumer protection law.

16 Amendments to These Terms

gl96 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the gl96 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the gl96 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
